Breakfast buffet as well as dinner selections were superb, the chef excellent and friendly. Staff, particularly front manager were beyond helpful in arranging for nature outings.

The staff were lovely, always friendly. The pool is great with an awesome view, as was the view from our balcony. Belitung Island is well worth visiting. It has beautiful beaches dotted with picturesque granite boulders. Snorkelling was quite good also. Not too touristy while we were there.

Enjoyed the stay in Swissbel for 4 nights. Location quiet and close to the Tinggi and Keluar beaches. There are plenty of local warongs to eat nearby and especially near Keluar. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful during our stay. You can rent a scooter via hotel and there are masseuse to provide excellent treatments. Breakfast was solid and delicious, mostly local Indonesian foods. Pool area clean and chill. The view to the sea is unbelievable - recommend the sea view rooms. Thank you for the great stay!

The location of the hotel is great and the view on the ocean from our balcony was amazing. Service was great. A special mention for Ms. Nina who has been extremely professional, kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Amazing hotel, with beautiful rooms and massive pool located just 15 mins from the famous Tanjung Tinggi beach. Great staff, good food at the restaurant, beautiful ocean views, comfy beds, spacious rooms.

the room was spacious enough and we stayed in king ocean view. The view was excellent, balcony wide enough to enjoy the view, facilities of the room was nice, water cattle working well and clean, so does the bathroom. Super King sized bed was very comfortable, and play room facilities was nice, we play chess and coklak at level 1 at night with a hot coco makes it perfect. Gym room size and equipment also enough for workout, a lot of dumbell choices.

I just thought it was a great hotel in an amazing location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There weren't many guests which was good for me but a shame that tourist numbers have not really recovered in Belitung since COVID..the island and hotel are really worth the visit.

room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, bed sheets and towels were cleaned, food in the resto was yummy, facilities were very well maintained, staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. :)

I loved every thing, the food was beautiful and the staff made my stay so amazing but a special thank you to Ervi who went out of her way to make it magical.
